• Opportunity to shape IT solutions for most important FrontIT customers. 
• Analysing IT products in the market to provide consulting and advice for customers. 
• Helping the customers to define and drive the Product&Project vision and connecting the dots.  
• Specify and visualize business processes and requirements (UML, BPMN diagrams, story map, user stories/ use cases, functional wireframes). 
• Select and adapt the appropriate methods and techniques based on predictive (plan-driven) or adaptive (agile) approaches. 
• Manage customers' expectations on the project outcome and manage scope changes in close cooperation with project team. 
• Effective communication with internal delivery teams as well as external and internal business stakeholders. 
• Keeping just the right amount of documentation on software Product&Project and business processes. 
• Review customers business processes and provide professional advice on process efficiency. 
• Participating in delivery and sales process.

• Leading scoping and planning of Business Analysis work. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-project setup. 
• Work with stakeholder groups to understand their business needs. 
• Experience in consulting and sales (advantage).
• Ability to work as high-level, or as detailed, as the task requires. 
• 3+ years track record showing successful performance as a Business Analyst. 
• Critical thinking and diligence throughout the work artefacts. 
• Experience in Tech industry.  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and English skills. 
• Eagerness to learn and excel. 
• Market knowledge about most common IT systems (CRM, eComm, Self-Service, PIM) is an advantage. 
• Certification in business analysis (CBAP, IIBA or similar) is an advantage.
