Your Role at FrontIT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively initiate and manage new sales projects;

  • Day-to-day activities will include running sales calls (cold calls), closing new business;

  • Execute the sales process to ensure achievement of targets and results;

  • Maintain effective communication with existing clients and attract new customers;

  • Plan sales projects, oversee their implementation, and analyze performance results;

  • Conduct market analysis and evaluate sales opportunities;

  • Lead negotiations with clients and prepare commercial agreements;

  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.


Your Expertise

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in sales;

  • Experience working with software solutions;

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-project setup;

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills;

  • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions;

  • Strong computer literacy;

  • Self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented mindset;

  • Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills, both written and spoken are essential;

  • Critical thinking and diligence throughout the work artefacts.

  • Salary range gross from 1600 - 2200 € (netto) depending on candidate's experience + bonuses
