ProBro (Švaros Broliai) is a leading car cleaning company in Lithuania, offering a variety of car wash options, from convenient tunnel washes and contactless self-service bays to comprehensive cleaning services at car cleaning centers. With a focus on quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, ProBro has washed over 2.5 million cars and established itself as an industry leader.

The client recognized the shift in consumer preferences to mobile self-service solutions that offer speed and control to the customers, as well as reduced costs and improved operational efficiency for the business.

To meet the growing demand for convenience and personalization, ProBro turned to FrontIT for the development of a mobile self-service system.

Technology

Solution Highlights

After creating a clean design, aligning with ProBro’s brand identity, we used PHP, My SQL, Laravel and React technologies to create Self Service website and app available for both, iOS and Android users. It enabled clients to access a variety of convenient functions, including:


  • Receiving electronic invoices
  • Accessing visit history
  • Making payments using bank card and the payment history
  • Using and sharing gift coupons
  • Managing notifications with important news, updates and offers


From the operational standpoint, we developed a Self Service system, allowing clients to proceed with such services:


  • Managing subscription plans
  • Selecting preferred wash program
  • Finding the nearest car wash and a route to it
  • Paying for services digitally, without stepping out of the car

The Result

Offering their clients a Self Service system was a strategic decision for ProBro, that allowed them to reduce service costs, get better insights and more control over their business operations, and customize their marketing and offers. The project resulted in highly positive customer feedback.
